We welcome you to our website and appreciate your interest in Autoneum.
Autoneum Holding AG and its affiliated companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Autoneum” or “we”) take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data in connection with our website, our online services, and certain business interactions.

This Privacy Policy is not an exhaustive description of all data processing activities carried out by Autoneum. Additional privacy notices, contractual provisions, or specific information may apply to individual offerings, portals, or special circumstances. In particular, this Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data collected in the context of an employment relationship; separate privacy notices apply in such cases.

In the case of group-wide processes, IT systems, compliance, security, or administrative processes, multiple companies within the Autoneum Group may be jointly involved in the processing.

### 2. Data Collection via Our Website

**Data Collected When You Visit Our Website**

Every time you visit our website, we collect and store data about your use of the website. Specifically, this includes the following data:

- IP address
- Date and time of your visit
- Content requested, amount of data transferred, selected files, and downloads
- The website you visited before accessing our website (referrer URL)
- Links you click on our website (outbound links)
- Visitor’s location: country, region
- Website loading speed
- Log information such as requested action or status codes
- Error messages
- Information about the browser used (including language), operating system, and device type
- In addition, based on your selection in the consent banner: information about the selected settings, date of selection, consent ID, banner language, location data
- Additional data may be collected if you use certain features on our website, such as clicking on a YouTube video embedded on our website or contacting us via a contact form. These data processing activities are addressed in separate sections of this policy.

We process the aforementioned data to provide the website and ensure its technical functions, to analyze and resolve errors, to guarantee the stability and security of our website, to prevent misuse and attacks, and to optimize the functionality and technical aspects of our website. Information about how you use our website is valuable to us because it allows us to improve the website’s content and tailor it to the needs of our users. The legal basis—to the extent that the GDPR applies—is our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR in maintaining a secure and user-relevant online presence; or, in the case of data processing related to consent management, compliance with a legal obligation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

We only disclose the aforementioned data to service providers who assist us in providing and operating our website as data processors. These include, in particular, the hosting provider as well as providers of website support, consent management, and statistical analysis services.

The aforementioned data is stored on servers in Switzerland (website hosting) or (at least for visitors from the EU) in the EU and is deleted after 12 months at the latest (backup copies created in the meantime are deleted after an additional 12 months at the latest).

**Contact Inquiries**

You can contact us through our website by sending us an email or filling out a contact form with your contact information and your inquiry. We will use the data you provide to us in this manner exclusively for the purposes evident from your inquiry. These include, in particular:

- Sending newsletters, press releases, and company information;
- processing and responding to general inquiries;
- processing tooling requests; and
- processing job applications.

To the extent that the GDPR applies, we process the personal data you submit via the form on the following legal bases, depending on the nature of the inquiry:

- For the distribution of newsletters, press releases, and company information, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- When processing tooling inquiries or job applications, we process your data to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, where applicable, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To the extent that processing is necessary to respond to general inquiries, to document procedures, or to preserve, enforce, or defend legal claims, we rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We process and store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which you provided us with your data, as long as we are legally obligated to do so, or as long as we have a legitimate interest in doing so. If we enter into a business relationship as a result of your contact with us, we generally process and store your data for the duration of that relationship and beyond, as long as we have a legitimate interest in retaining the data (in particular for evidentiary and documentation purposes during the applicable statutes of limitations and to enforce or defend legal claims) or to the extent that a statutory retention obligation applies.

If the processing is based on your consent, you may revoke it at any time with future effect. For example, if you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can send us an informal email toinfo@autoneum.com stating your intention to unsubscribe. We provide a corresponding link in every newsletter we send out. Once your revocation has been processed, your data will no longer be used for these purposes and will be deleted (from backup copies after 12 months at the latest), provided there are no legal retention obligations.

**Captcha.eu**

To protect our contact forms from spam, abusive requests, and automated attacks, we use the captcha.eu service provided by Captcha GmbH in Austria. The service is designed to detect whether entries are made by a human or by automated programs (bots). To do this, captcha.eu processes technical information about the respective website visit (IP address, browser and device details, and referrer URL) and the interaction with the form. Processing takes place exclusively within the European Union. No cookies are set.

The processing is carried out to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our website, as well as to protect our systems from misuse. To the extent that the GDPR applies, the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in the security of our website and in preventing misuse or automated access (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

**YouTube Videos**

We embed videos from the YouTube platform on our website. The provider of this service is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google” or “YouTube”).

To protect your privacy, YouTube content is not automatically loaded when you visit the website. Instead, only a preview image provided by us is displayed. No connection is made to YouTube’s servers, and no cookies from YouTube are stored on or read from your device.

The YouTube player is integrated, and the associated data processing takes place, only after you have given your consent via our consent banner. To the extent that the GDPR applies, the legal basis for the processing of personal data and for the storage or retrieval of information on your device is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Once you have given your consent and accessed a video, the YouTube player loads and establishes a connection to YouTube’s or Google’s servers. In the process, personal data—in particular your IP address, technical information about your device and browser, and information about the website you are visiting—may be transmitted to Google. In addition, YouTube may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the embedded video and combine it with other information that Google may have stored about you.

Where available, we use the enhanced privacy mode offered by YouTube (“Privacy Enhanced Mode” or “youtube-nocookie.com”). According to YouTube, views of videos embedded in this mode are not used to personalize the YouTube user experience or to personalize advertising. Regardless, data may still be transmitted to Google when a video is viewed.

We have no control over the nature and scope of data processing by Google when videos are viewed. For more information on data processing by Google and YouTube, please see Google’s Privacy Policy at: [**https://policies.google.com/privacy**](https://policies.google.com/privacy)

It cannot be ruled out that personal data may also be transferred to companies within the Google Group or other recipients in countries outside the European Union, particularly the United States. According to Google, it relies on the data protection mechanisms provided for this purpose when carrying out such data transfers.

**Financial and Stock Information (IDX Widget)**

Our website incorporates financial market and stock information via a widget provided by Investis Digital Limited (“IDX”) in England. The widget is used to display information about our stock as well as other capital market-related data and content.

Once you have given your consent and accessed pages on which the IDX widget is embedded, a connection is established to the servers of IDX or technical service providers used by IDX. In particular, technical information may be processed, such as: your IP address, the date and time of access, information about your browser and device, the page you accessed, and other technically necessary log data.

To the extent necessary for providing the service, the provider or its technical service providers may use cookies or similar technologies. According to the information available to us, this may include, in particular, technically necessary cookies to ensure the security and stability of the service. For details, please refer to the information about cookies in the consent banner.

The integration of the IDX widget—insofar as cookies or similar technologies are used for this purpose—is based exclusively on your consent, which you can provide via the consent banner. To the extent that the GDPR applies, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. To the extent that processing is necessary for the technically required provision of the service, it is based on our legitimate interest in providing up-to-date financial and capital market information in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Please note that the data collected through the IDX widget may also be processed by IDX or service providers commissioned by IDX for their own purposes. We have no influence over the nature and scope of data processing by the provider.

It cannot be ruled out that personal data may be transferred to recipients outside of Switzerland, the European Union, or the European Economic Area. According to IDX, such transfers are made on the basis of the safeguards provided for by applicable data protection laws.

For more information on the processing of personal data by IDX, please refer to the provider’s privacy policy: [**https://www.idx.inc/site-services/legals#privacy-policy**](https://www.idx.inc/site-services/legals#privacy-policy)

Our website contains links to our profiles on various social networks and platforms, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms.

These links are exclusively simple hyperlinks. When you visit our website, no data is transmitted to the respective platform operators.

Only when you click on such a link will you be redirected to the website or application of the respective provider. In doing so, the respective provider may process personal data about you, in particular your IP address, information about your device and browser, as well as details regarding your usage behavior on the respective platform.

Please note that once you have been redirected to the respective platform, the processing of personal data is the sole responsibility of the respective provider. We have no influence over the nature, scope, or purposes of the data processing that takes place there.

For more information on the processing of personal data, please refer to the privacy policies of the respective providers.

**Cookies and Consent Management**

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These are small text files that are stored on your device or read from it when you visit our website. When cookies are used, your browser receives an identifier and presents it upon request. Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies. These are automatically deleted as soon as you close your browser.

In addition, we also use persistent cookies, which remain stored on your device for a specific period of time and allow us to recognize your browser. We use persistent cookies in particular to save the preferences and settings you specified in the consent banner. Persistent cookies are deleted when their expiration date is reached or if you delete them beforehand.

Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set, to allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis, or to block cookies entirely. You can also delete cookies that have already been stored at any time. Please note that certain features and services on our website may not be available or may be limited if you disable cookies.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

- Providing and ensuring the technical functionality of our website;
- Ensuring the security and stability of our systems;
- Storing settings and preferences.

Third-party service providers that we link to our website (e.g., YouTube) use cookies and similar technologies for their own purposes.

We store your choices regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies for 12 months to document your preferences and to demonstrate compliance with our legal obligations.
