Personnel change in the Group Executive Board

The Autoneum Holding Ltd Board of Directors has appointed Matthias Holzammer as Head Business Group Europe and member of the Group Executive Board. Matthias Holzammer, German national aged 46, has long-standing experience in the automotive supply business and will take up his duties per April 1, 2012.

The Autoneum Holding Ltd Board meeting of March 19, 2012 appointed Matthias Holzammer as Head Business Group Europe and member of the Group Executive Board with effect from April 1, 2012. Matthias Holzammer has held senior operative management positions with various international suppliers to the automobile industry. From 2009 until 2011 he was Managing Director Production with the international automotive supplier Keiper, Kaiserslautern. In mid 2011 this company merged with Johnson Controls, where in his last position as General Manager Product Business Unit “Metal Region Europe” he has been responsible for integrating the metals business of Johnson Controls, Keiper and CRH. Matthias Holzammer graduated as industrial engineer at Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Science, specializing in production and logistics.

Charles Fäh, Head Business Group Europe since 2007, will take over key Group projects per April 1, 2012 and be stepping down from the Executive Committee. The Board of Directors heartily thanks Charles Fäh for his commitment and valuable contribution during the challenging years of downturn in the automobile industry, and wishes him every success and satisfaction in his new position.
