Dividend

Autoneum strives to pay its shareholders a dividend in the amount of at least 30% of the net profit attributable to the Autoneum shareholders, depending on business development, corporate financing needs, general economic conditions, legal and any contractual constraints.

For the financial year 2016 the General Meeting of March 30, 2017 has decided to approve a dividend payment of CHF 6.50 per share from the reserve from paid-in capital.

This date is published together with the invitation and the agenda of the Annual General Meeting where the dividend payment will be proposed to the shareholders for approval.

Annual General Meeting

The official part of the General Meeting generally lasts 60 to 90 minutes, followed by a reception.

Only if the person concerned likewise holds at least one Autoneum registered share on the reporting date and is entered in the share register with voting rights and has not sold the share(s) between the reporting date and the General Meeting.

Yes, shareholders can be represented by their legal representative, by another shareholder with voting rights by granting written proxy on the admission card, or by the independent voting proxy by issuance of proxy and instructions by means of the signed registration form or by granting electronic proxy and instructions using the new platform at https://autoneum.shapp.ch.

Yes. The access control at the entrance records details of every person entering or leaving.

That depends on the date of purchase/sale (see ”General Information” in the invitation to General Meeting). Decisive is that your shares are registered in the share register with voting rights at the relevant date. You can check this at any time by telephoning the Autoneum share register on +41 52 244 82 06. If you have sold shares prior to the General Meeting, you are no longer eligible to vote.
